1. Voluntary programme
Research Partner is optional and separate from ordinary FleetStart Radar access. An authorised business account owner must actively enrol through the signed-in portal. Refusing or withdrawing does not reduce portal features; it only means the Research Partner credit does not apply.
2. Subscription credit
The GBP 10 credit applies for each billed month while valid consent remains active. It is not conditional on a minimum number of events, clicks, exports or outcomes, and ordinary low usage does not remove the credit.
While enrolled, DIGIDENT applies a GBP 10 credit for each billed month. The Founding price becomes GBP 49.99 monthly or GBP 499.90 annually. The Regional price becomes GBP 89.99 monthly or GBP 899.90 annually. Annual billing still charges the equivalent of ten monthly payments. The underlying Founding or Regional entitlement remains unchanged.
The programme cannot be combined with an active introductory promotion. Enrolment changes the next payment that GoCardless can still amend. A payment already created or submitted to the banking system may complete at the previous amount. No retrospective charge or credit is made for a period before enrolment or withdrawal.
3. Information recorded automatically after consent
The customer does not complete research forms. While valid consent is active, FleetStart records only these deliberate in-product actions: opening an official source or the Google or Companies House research links supplied for a signal; changing a signal pipeline status; selecting one of the fixed opportunity-stage reasons displayed in the portal; recording one of the fixed activity types such as call completed, email sent or meeting held; and exporting opportunity, saved-pipeline or CQC-directory results. Each record contains a fixed event category and value, time, current terms version and, where the action concerns a signal, a frozen copy of its public fields such as product, trigger, region, score, organisation, public identifier, source date and source reason.
The research event does not contain search terms, private note text, activity-note text, stage-reason detail, contact names, customer-entered website, email or phone fields, client information, private job locations, account email, company identity, free text or activity outside FleetStart. Those fields remain in the customer's private operational workspace and customer-requested exports only. The research event remains linked to the customer account only so DIGIDENT can apply the credit, prevent duplicate events and honour withdrawal and deletion. It is treated as pseudonymous personal data until deleted or irreversibly anonymised.
4. Purpose and safeguards
DIGIDENT uses the allow-listed events to measure which public signals lead to evidence checks, pipeline progression, dismissal and workflow use; compare classification rules; and prepare a de-identified dataset for possible future AI copilot development. Administrative exports replace the Customer account with a stable pseudonymous participant key so repeated events can be separated during evaluation. Customer identity and private workspace content are not included.
Event categories are assigned by the server, payloads are allow-listed, repeated identical actions are limited to one record per signal and day, and customers receive the credit regardless of event volume. This programme does not authorise DIGIDENT to sell Customer data, train on private notes, profile Customer staff, make legal or similarly significant decisions about a person, or deploy a learning model without a separate technical and governance readiness review.
5. Consent record
We record the account, authorised user, time, terms version, hash of the consent wording, required confirmations, billing interval and price before and after each enrolment or withdrawal. This record protects both parties and demonstrates which permission and price applied.
6. Withdrawal and deletion
An account owner can withdraw at any time from the Research Partner page. Future automatic collection stops immediately, all research events still linked to that account are deleted, and the subscription returns to its underlying price. A minimal consent, withdrawal and billing record is retained where reasonably needed for contract, accounting, dispute and compliance evidence.
Information that was irreversibly anonymised before withdrawal is no longer personal data and cannot be traced back or selectively removed. Before any model-training phase begins, DIGIDENT will complete a separate data-quality, anonymisation and governance review.
7. Controller, rights and contact
DIGIDENT LTD is controller for the programme records. Research-data processing relies on the recorded consent; price administration is necessary to perform the requested subscription arrangement. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. Applicable rights and complaint routes are explained in the privacy notice.
