Care Quality Commission
CQC Start Signals and the CQC Live Directory use CQC information made available through its API or published data. Contains Care Quality Commission information licensed under the Open Government Licence v3.0.
Department for Transport Street Manager
Roadworks JobGuard is designed to use the Street Manager open-data API and SNS notification service. Contains Department for Transport Street Manager open data licensed under the Open Government Licence v3.0. Data taken from restricted Street Manager user interfaces is not used for commercial resale.
Companies House and organisation websites
Evidence review may retrieve exact-match company profiles, current public office-holder roles and filing summaries from the Companies House API. Where an organisation website has already been verified or confirmed by the Customer, FleetStart may inspect a maximum of three public pages, normally the homepage, about page and contact page, subject to robots instructions and strict technical limits. It retains only generic published business inboxes, non-mobile business phone routes and official contact forms. FleetStart does not guess contact details, scrape social networks, use hidden directories or represent a public office-holder as the operational buyer.
Other research links
The portal may link to Companies House, search engines and organisation websites. Every collected evidence item is labelled with its source and retrieval time. A link or retrieved public fact does not mean DIGIDENT endorses the organisation or guarantees that the information remains current.
Important limitations
- Public bodies can correct, delay, withdraw or reclassify records.
- A new or changed record is not a recommendation, credit assessment or finding of compliance.
- Customers must verify the current official record before relying on it.
- No regulator or public body endorses DIGIDENT or FleetStart Radar.
