Cookie and device-storage notice

The service currently uses essential authentication and security storage only.

Version 2026-07-24-auto-research-v1 | Effective 24 July 2026

Current use

FleetStart Radar uses secure session storage to keep an authorised user signed in, distinguish customer and administrator access, protect forms and prevent abuse. Without this storage, the protected service cannot be provided safely.

CategoryPurposeDurationConsent
Authentication sessionRecognises a signed-in user and enforces account access.Session or configured short expiry; cleared on logout where supported.Strictly necessary for the requested service.
Security and rate-limit dataPrevents abuse, verifies requests and protects accounts.Short security window or server-side retention stated in the privacy notice.Strictly necessary for security.

No advertising tracking

We do not currently set advertising, cross-site behavioural or social-media tracking cookies. Basic Cloudflare request information and server-side operational records are used to deliver and protect the service.

Future changes

If we add non-essential analytics or advertising storage, we will update this notice and obtain valid consent before setting it. Continuing to browse will not be treated as consent.

Controls

You can remove site data in your browser, but deleting an active authentication session will sign you out. Questions can be sent to digidentAI@proton.me.

Anonymous journey and cancellation analytics

We use a random first-party pseudonymous session identifier to count unique website journeys, form interaction stages and trial checkout progression. We do not use fingerprinting, advertising profiles, raw IP addresses or cross-site tracking for this purpose. Session-event rows are retained for up to 90 days. Visitors can opt out free of charge from the Cookies page.

If a customer confirms cancellation, they may optionally select a reason and add brief feedback. Prefer not to say is always available and providing a reason is never a condition of cancellation.

When a free trial ends, we record whether the customer continued, declined or allowed the trial to expire without responding. A declining customer may optionally select a fixed reason and add a short comment. We store the reason with the account's customer type and aggregate in-product trial activity, such as saved signals, pipeline progression and follow-ups, so we can understand whether price, relevance, coverage, usability or evaluation time affected the decision. We do not include private notes, contacts, emails, phone numbers or client data in that usage snapshot.

Optional comments are cleared after 180 days and trial-decision records are deleted after 24 months. Results are shown to administrators in aggregate. Declining is optional, does not trigger an automatic discount and never makes reactivation harder.
