DIGIDENT LTD, company number 17055539, is the controller for information supplied through the Fleet Growth Pulse form.

What we collect

Your email address and, if supplied, your name, company and type of fleet service.

Why we use it

We use the information only to send the free Fleet Growth Pulse and occasional relevant FleetStart product updates that you explicitly requested.

Confirmation and withdrawal

Your subscription is not activated until you confirm your address. Every marketing email contains a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also email digidentAI@proton.me.

Sharing and retention

Resend processes delivery information on our behalf. We do not sell the subscriber list. Unsubscribed addresses are retained on a suppression record so we do not accidentally email them again, unless legal retention requirements require otherwise.
