Monitor
Automated checks watch every new Traffic Commissioner Applications and Decisions release.
West Midlands fleet sales intelligence
FleetStart turns official Traffic Commissioner applications, grants, variations and operating-centre changes into ranked opportunities, source-linked research packs and a private sales pipeline. CQC intelligence and job-matched roadworks remain available as supporting modules.
How it works
FleetStart turns each official operator-licence release into a focused workflow for finding, qualifying and following commercial opportunities.
Automated checks watch every new Traffic Commissioner Applications and Decisions release.
Licence changes are deduplicated, classified and ranked for what your business sells.
Open the evidence, build a research pack, manage the opportunity and receive one focused digest per selected period.
See the value before subscribing
The record is public. Finding it quickly, understanding why it matters and turning it into a disciplined next action is the work FleetStart removes.

Three practical tools
New licences, fleet increases, grants, upgrades and operating-centre changes with a score, source evidence and a suggested reason to contact.
Search 12,869 monitored care locations separately from genuine change alerts, with one-click public research and CSV export.
Add customer jobs and receive only the live Street Manager events close enough, and timely enough, to create an access risk.
Make it relevant to your business
Choose your role. FleetStart will interpret three real, delayed official-source records without pretending that a regulatory change proves buying intent.
Verify your email to open the complete live workspace for 14 days. No card and no automatic renewal.
Founding West Midlands access
Nothing is charged today. After the trial, choose rolling monthly or annual founding access while places remain. Annual billing saves two months and renews yearly unless cancelled before renewal.
Questions before joining
No. Public preview names and figures are synthetic. Signed-in, entitled customers receive the live verified feed.
Yes. Monthly customers can stop future monthly renewal from their account. Annual customers can stop the next annual renewal; access continues until the end of the year already paid for.
The £599.90 annual option is an annually renewing subscription, collected once per year. A non-renewing one-year purchase would be a different product and would be labelled explicitly.
Official Traffic Commissioner publications for Great Britain, the CQC Syndication API and DfT Street Manager Open Data. Customer records link back to official source evidence wherever the source provides a public record.
We use a random first-party pseudonymous session identifier to count unique website journeys, form interaction stages and trial checkout progression. We do not use fingerprinting, advertising profiles, raw IP addresses or cross-site tracking for this purpose. Session-event rows are retained for up to 90 days. Visitors can opt out free of charge from the Cookies page.
If a customer confirms cancellation, they may optionally select a reason and add brief feedback. Prefer not to say is always available and providing a reason is never a condition of cancellation.
When a free trial ends, we record whether the customer continued, declined or allowed the trial to expire without responding. A declining customer may optionally select a fixed reason and add a short comment. We store the reason with the account's customer type and aggregate in-product trial activity, such as saved signals, pipeline progression and follow-ups, so we can understand whether price, relevance, coverage, usability or evaluation time affected the decision. We do not include private notes, contacts, emails, phone numbers or client data in that usage snapshot.
Optional comments are cleared after 180 days and trial-decision records are deleted after 24 months. Results are shown to administrators in aggregate. Declining is optional, does not trigger an automatic discount and never makes reactivation harder.
